Designed for riders pushing stock or high-boost tunes in extreme desert, dune, and trail environments, this comprehensive kit replaces all failure-prone factory rubber and plastic hoses with industry-leading, 5-ply wire-reinforced silicone.

Engineered from the ground up to eliminate boost ballooning, vacuum collapse, and severe heat degradation, every hose in this kit features an inner HD steel wire layer embedded between five layers of premium silicone. Smooth internal transitions optimize airflow efficiency, eliminate turbulence, and maximize turbo spool. To solve the Maverick R’s lack of factory blow-off valve provisions, this kit includes a dedicated BOV charge tube with an integrated post-throttle-body billet vacuum port, shield-mounted BOV port, and your choice of a high-performance Blow-Off Valve.

Rounding out the package is the revolutionary RPM BIG FATTY bed intake tube. Built to retain the superior filtration of the OEM Donaldson airbox, the BIG FATTY features a swept design to prevent intercooler heat soak and a massive venturi intake ring. Paired with our stainless hexagonal Debris Cage and a hydrophobic pre-filter, it repels water, sand, leaves, and mud before they ever reach your filter.
