All effort is made to ship orders same day if placed before 3pm central time, excluding weekends, holidays and weather permitting.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Delays by the carrier, weather, ect. are out of our control. Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed.
At checkout we offer the available shipping options for the items in your cart. In transit times are only an estimate.
Standard shipping 4-7 days
Standard Shipping with Insurance 4-7 days, (Insurance gives you the ability to open a claim with the shipping company if your package is damaged or lost. Outcome of the claim is solely based on the shipping companies decision)
Standard Shipping with Insurance & Signature confirmation 4-7 days, Delivery Signature is the most secure way to make sure your package is delivered.(Insurance gives you the ability to open a claim with the shipping company if your package is damaged or lost. Outcome of the claim is solely based on the shipping companies decision)
FedEx 2Day 2 Business days, Delivery is for two business days after the carrier has received the package. This is not a guaranteed delivery date by FedEx. Refunds on shipping are not available.

Free Shipping Orders totaling over $150 are available for free shipping if in the contiguous United States.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier RPM is not responsible for the package. example: "package stolen from delivery location".
**Some products ship direct from the manufacture and will ship separate from RPM Brand products.
International Shipping
All International orders import taxes, duties and other charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These may come at time of delivery or pickup of the package or at a later date. Please check with your country's customs office for these costs prior to purchasing.
