RPM Product Shipping Options
All orders typically ship within 2-4 business days of order being placed. Weekends, Holiday and weather may slow fulfillment down on order processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Delays by the carrier, weather, ect. are out of our control. Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed.
At checkout we offer the available shipping options for the items in your cart. In transit times are only an estimate.
Standard shipping 4-7 days
Standard Shipping with Insurance 4-7 days, (Insurance gives you the ability to open a claim with the shipping company if your package is damaged or lost. Outcome of the claim is solely based on the shipping companies decision)
Standard Shipping with Insurance & Signature confirmation 4-7 days, Delivery Signature is the most secure way to make sure your package is delivered.(Insurance gives you the ability to open a claim with the shipping company if your package is damaged or lost. Outcome of the claim is solely based on the shipping companies decision)
FedEx 2Day 2 Business days, Delivery is for two business days after the carrier has received the package. This is not a guaranteed delivery date by FedEx. Refunds on shipping are not available.

Free Shipping Orders totaling over $150 are available for free shipping if in the contiguous United States.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier RPM is not responsible for the package. example: "package stolen from delivery location".
**Some products ship direct from the manufacture and will ship separate from RPM Brand products.
International Shipping
All International orders import taxes, duties and other charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These may come at time of delivery or pickup of the package or at a later date. Please check with your country's customs office for these costs prior to purchasing. International shipments are the responsibility of the customer as soon as the package leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of FedEx our international shipper. RPM is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, import fees, or taxes on any international shipped package. If you would like to use a different carrier for shipping to your country please contact us after you have placed your order and we can provide details on shipment size and weight so you may provide a label and pick up by your carrier.
