Polaris RZR Turbo - Silicone Charge Tube
A must have upgrade for tuned and high power machines. This replaces the failure prone RZR stock plastic tube that melt and crack with our durable silicone heat resistant hose. The smooth free flowing design reduces turbulence while increasing airflow efficiency. Along with all stock ports for sensors, we have added a boost reference port for boost controller or any boost activated accessory.

The charge tube fit great. Wasn’t the easiest for me to put in(new to the SxS community), but I got it done. With all the other upgrades I have done to my XP4 Turbo, having the larger charge tube was needed. The parts that I have ordered from RPM all arrived quickly.

We went out to the little Sarah Sand dunes over memorial weekend, and that was the first time I was able to use it since I put the charge tube and BOV on. It worked great it held my boost pressure until I let off gas petal then it released . Very happy with it

Just got back from a 300-mile riding weekend in the dessert with my Pro Xp and new RPM charge tube and blow-off valve. It worked outstanding!! The quality and workmanship look really good. To be honest I looked at Evo products as well, but this was a better value. Plus I really like what I see on you tubes and the way they test stuff out. I'm going to get the other tubes next. Could not be happier with my purchases. Charge tube, S2 clutch Kit, J-Tube, Big Fatty intake tube, and catch can. Not only are the parts of a very high quality, the ease of installation (minus the crankcase vent hose which is a real bear) was simple and the videos available to guide through the installation were great. Additionally, the staff at RPM have great customer service skills. I made an error when ordering and did not order the full silicone kit they offered, but RPM honored the kit price and refunded me the difference. They did not have to, but it speaks volumes as to customer care. Also, there was one item missing from my order and they shipped the replacement very quickly! The engine can now breathe with the better intake system!

Charge tube looks and feels great. fast shipping it takes some time and patience to install. I removed my muffler. to gain access to that end and the sensor, I already have the BOV so the J tube will finish it off. will be ordering it soon. THx RPM for the great product and service.

I run a 2019 Turbo S and I wish I would have bought this a long time ago. BOV sounds awesome. Throttle response is definitely sharper. Installation was a little tricky not too bad. Dealing with RPM was great. I actually made a mistake when ordering and they fixed it very quickly after just one e-mail. Will definitely order from them in the future.

Made the mistake of not upgrading my Charge Tube at the same time as my BOV. The oem Charge Tube ended up failing and we had to limp back to our trailer. Replaced our oem with the RPM Charge Tube, and now it’s running great!

I bought the RPM charge tube and BOV about a week after I purchased a competitor's charge tube and BOV for a different buggy. The RPM kit was less expensive, easier to install, has more options and is the best sounding BOV I have heard! 100% the way to go if you are looking for a charge tube and BOV. The other BOV I installed sounded so bad, I thought it was broken. The manufacturer wouldn't let me return it, but I will soon be replacing it with an RPM BOV even though the other one was about $60 more!
