RPM Polaris RZR Turbo Oil Catch Can
The RPM SxS Catch Can is all aluminum and fully chambered oil catch can built to provide the absolute best performance! Designed to mount directly to the bed and use the factory crankcase breather to allow for a simple and quick install! A pre filter is included to keep dust and debris free from the crankcase breather filter as well. The use of our 12-AN fitting makes installation clean and allows for easy removal for maintenance later on. Our o-ring sealed drain valve makes emptying the catch can easy and leak free during operation. This kit includes a silicone hose to replace the problematic factory crankcase hose along with all hardware needed for installation.
It's no secret that forced induction engines create an abundance of oil/gas/condensation waste. Due to emissions laws & such, this waste has to be recycled back through the engine & “burned off”. This oily mess is the “ messy film” you find caked to your charge tubes, turbo inducer blades, and inside the intercooler. Not only can these gasses and liquids create tuning headaches by skewing the air fuel ratio, they can also increase the chances of detonation ( oil & condensation do not combust well). The RPM SxS Catch Can’s job is to collect this oily mess so that it can be manually drained later on. All necessary hardware to cap off your factory breather & completely install the catch can are included!

Very easy install, high quality from silicone tube, aluminum can, filter, and pre filter. You can still take bed liner out I just disconnect the hose from the can. Works amazing, was surprised with how much it really catches. Very happy as usual with RPM products.

Just installed last week. Was very easy to install took about 45 mins from start to finish. Everything fits as advertised and the quality is second to none. Ran it for 130 miles and it works as advertised had about 1/2 a shot glass of oil, water that came out. Top notch products. Very pleased and I show everyone I see..

Catch cans are a must when it comes to turbo ha engines this is a great kit I do wish the supplied hose was long so I didn’t have to mount the catch can the the charge tray but other than that works great

Can is high quality nice welds comes with everything you need to install in most cases. I had (2) issues with mine (1) the can didn't fit my '21 XPT where the instructions have you locate it. I had to slide the can towards the rear a few inches and use a 1" spacer with a new bolt to mount it as the AN fitting hit my shock reservoir at full droop when jacked up, (2) the hose clamps included are less than Steller I replaced these immediately with my own clamps I learned this when I got my BOV that they were not that high of quality. I haven't tested it on a ride yet but you will get a vapor smell and steam/smoke from the filter with a hot engine as you are now venting these vapors to the atmosphere and not back into the engine. This will take some getting used to will see how it goes on the first couple rides.

I installed 1 on a turbo rzr and 1 on a rzr pro. On the turbo rzr, if I would of installed where your instructions show, it would of been behind the clutch intake tube. With no way to drain without removing the tube. I had to make another bracket so it would be past the tube. It is a lot better location.
