A COMPLETE Silicone Tube Kit with BOV! Everything needed to make your Pro-XP Turbo reliable, dependable, and bullet proof all in one shot!
A must have upgrade for tuned and high power machines. This replaces the failure prone RZR stock plastic tubes that melt and crack! With our durable silicone heat resistant hose the smooth free flowing design reduces turbulence while increasing airflow efficiency. Along with all stock ports for sensors, we have added a boost reference port for a boost controller or any boost activated accessory. No Modifications needed! Simple & easy bolt on installation complete with detailed instructions.

RZR Pro XP " Big Fatty " HD Silicone Intake Tube
What sets our intake tube apart from everyone else's is that it is 6ply, 7mm thick, and does NOT bottleneck at the shock, OR either opening.
This is a MUST HAVE item for stock AND definitely modified machines! The stock intake tube collapses when warm, causing the intake to clog itself and starve for air. The factory tube is simply to thin and weak. The RPM SxS " Big Fatty " intake tube does not have the same restrictive molding near the shock AND has 6 ply's of reinforcement totaling 7mm thick! This thing simply DOES NOT collapse! Along with the Big Fatty intake tube you will receive two stainless steel T-bolt clamps to secure it on both ends. This install is so easy and straightforward that instructions were hard to create! A simple 10 minute install!

Install was easy and only took a few hrs. BOV is extra loud, but I enjoy it and didn’t opt for different springs or the filter. Seems like a lot better airflow than the stock tubes. Paired with a Whalen speed tune and it really woke the machine up.

2023 Turbo R Ultimate in orange - huge improvement in performance, and the whoosh sound from the ROM BOV is unreal, head turner for sure. I bought this in November, just got time to install and the videos and PDF made it a breeze. I took the bed off to make it simpler. I’m definitely sold on it, the BOV does rest against underside of bed frame but that’s not a big deal or problem. Highly recommend RPM products!

It looks great, is very high quality, and fit perfect. It was a little tough to get on, but it was because it fits correctly and is tight so it's not a bad thing. The BOV is heavy and feels very high quality. It shipped with everything I needed and extra parts and several different springs for the BOV. The shipping was super fast and it was well packaged.

Good quality materials I have a 2022 turbo R and I don’t like how the charge tube make the blow off valve sit it hits the heat shield and if I turn it then it hits the valve cover on engine which I didn’t like as that creates heat other then that it sounds good and looks good as well

Great add on for my 22 pro xp added the catless muff the week before had a chance to test them for a few days in between the muff and intake installs definitely tell the difference in the power from the stock restrictive plastic stuff the blow off valve sounds great the clutch fan is next wish they had flex fit hats or some stickers I can advertise for them they just a short two hour drive from me might have to go and visit them sometime soon thanks rpm

I simply strapped it to the frame to allow for more clearance. Everything looks good and seems to be high quality. BOV is pretty loud but not as annoying as i thought it could be. The fit up was perfect. Has way better air flow for stock or tuned machines. I do say that you will need to make sure the clamps are very tight on the charge trib tube.
