With the massive popularity of our RPM Sport Muffler, BRP's recent factory power increases, and the sheer amount of horsepower these machines are now capable of making, we knew it was time to build something BIGGER.

Introducing the FULL 3" Monster Core RPM Exhaust System for the Can-Am Maverick X3! We took the proven, wildly successful design of our 2.5" muffler and scaled it up to handle massive airflow and extreme CFM output. Starting with our turbo-size-matched flange, the system quickly transitions into a heavy-duty chain-link flex pipe section designed to absorb chassis flex and high-RPM engine torque. From there, exhaust gas flows into our smooth-transition, cat-less mid-pipe—pre-installed with dual O2 bungs for easy wideband logging and tuning. To help you dial in your exact exhaust tone and sound preference, we offer three distinct mid-pipe configurations: Standard 3", Resonated 3", or the Resonated 3" E-Valve.

The star of the show is the massive 3" perforated muffler core. Featuring a specialized internal baffle system, it produces a deep, throaty exhaust note that is absolute music to your ears without harsh cabin rasp or drone. Designed with OEM integration in mind, this full system seamlessly utilizes the factory exhaust tip, rear fascia, stock spark arrestor, and chassis-mounted heat shields for a clean, factory-stealth look. Every kit arrives 100% complete with a brand-new HD exhaust hanger bracket, Turbo-Side HD clamp, muffler gasket, and all required hardware for a straightforward bolt-on install—with no tuning required (though ECU tuning is recommended to unlock maximum horsepower gains!).
