Sounds great and the quality of the stainless steel is fantastic. However the lower mount for the slip on retention spring rubs the coil spring. I had to create a spacer on the exhaust mount to give it room for clearance and its still very close.
Sounds great, even pops a little when slowing down. This was totally worth it. The build quality is top notch too with beautiful welds on this stainless steel.
This is an amazing muffler for my quad. It gives a good deep throaty effect too it. It’s loud but not too loud for the rider to cause any fatigue but the neighbors will slightly dislike you…
The RPM muffler fit on my 2016 Polaris Sportsman 570 without any issues and it wasn't as loud as I expected. I used automotive brake drum pliers to remove and install the springs. The muffler sounds great!
