Very easy to install, sounds good. Not much louder than factory, has a little grumble to it now.
Installation was very easy, specially with the use of their spring tool that I also purchased. The new muffler is smaller in size compared to the OEM muffler which will save weight. The sound is perfect as well. Would highly recommend to anyone with a Sportsman to purchase.
Was honestly skeptical considering the price. Was worried about it being cheap and flimsy but total opposite. It seems very well made and high quality. Sounds awesome but not to loud. Install was simple and it fits very well

Everything fit fantastic. The only thing I would recommend is a pre-drill to use the spark arrestor. I was able to drill into it, but it wasn’t the easiest it’s made out of seriously strong metal. And just so you know your factory spark arrestor does fit.
If anything, please put a pilot hole very small, so a person can tap into it easily. That way they can use your spark screen or the factory.
2022 Polaris Sportsman XP 1000. LOVE THE SOUND AND HOW EASY IT IS TO INSTALL! I would have given a 5 star (or a 4.5 if it was possible) but as you can see in the pictures that the factory spark arrestor from Polaris (that you can remove and install in the new RPM exhaust) fits the RMP exhaust. It would have been nice if there was a note on this item or somewhere on the website that informed you of this so don't need to purchase a new one, like I did from RPM.
Havnt rode it yet but super nice muffler. Kinda wish it was lil more quieter. I wish the rpm logo was to the side and not to the bottum. Shippin was fast to canada. Easy to installl will post again after i go for a ride
Received muffler quickly and no damage. Muffler sounds great on my 2018 Polaris sportsman 1000. Tone is excellent but not to loud. Nice that I will never have to worry about packing my muffler again. Would definitely recommend this exhaust for the sportsman 850 or 1000.
Great exhaust for sportsman 850/1000! Not too loud , but a deep throaty note to it. No packing material to worry about , and no ugly rust like the factory black muffler.
Went on easy has a kick ass throaty sound, not too loud and not raspy at all, also added some power in the bottom end you won’t beat this exhaust for the price

Perfect muffler for someone that wants some more rumble but not too loud. Great quality, welds and bracket placement was perfect and the install only took 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
