Solving the OEM Factory Flaws
1. Throttle Body to Airbox Tube (Airbox-to-Engine)
The factory intake boot is made from thin, soft rubber with zero internal reinforcement. When it gets hot under heavy load, it softens and can actually collapse in on itself, choking your engine when you need power most. We fixed this flaw with an ultra-heavy-duty 8.5mm thick, 5-ply silicone tube. Unlike stock and cheap imitations, ours does NOT bottleneck down after the airbox. We maintained an oversized, smooth-flowing internal diameter to maximize intake air velocity and overall volume, while completely retaining the factory crankcase ventilation port.
2. Bed to Airbox Tube (Air-Intake Feed)
The stock tube feeding air from the bed into the airbox is made from cheap, rigid plastic riddled with restrictive paths and flow-killing molding imperfections. We re-engineered this piece using an extremely durable 7mm thick, 6-ply silicone tube. We enlarged the diameter as much as physically possible without causing clearance issues with the bed or rear shocks, eliminating all restrictions to ensure maximum clean airflow enters the intake system.
Both tubes are a direct bolt-on replacement and come complete with silicone-safe, heavy-duty stainless steel T-bolt clamps to guarantee a leak-free, blowout-proof seal under extreme off-road conditions.
