With the massive popularity of our RPM Sport Muffler, BRP's recent factory power increases, and the sheer amount of horsepower these machines are now capable of making, we knew it was time to build something BIGGER.

Introducing the FULL 3" Monster Core RPM exhaust system! We took the proven, wildly successful design of our 2.5" muffler and scaled it up to handle massive airflow. Starting with our turbo-size-matched flange, the system quickly transitions into an HD chain-link flex pipe. From there, exhaust flows into our smooth-transition, cat-less mid-pipe, which comes pre-installed with TWO O2 bungs. We offer three styles of mid-pipe for this setup so you can dial in your exact exhaust note: Standard 3", Resonated 3", or the Resonated 3" E-Valve.

The life of the party is the massive 3" perforated muffler. Featuring a specialized internal baffle, this system produces an exhaust note that is absolute music to your ears. Best of all, this system seamlessly utilizes the factory exhaust tip and rear fascia to maintain a clean look! You can also retain the factory chassis-mounted heat shields and spark arrestor. We include a brand-new exhaust hanger bracket and absolutely everything else you need for a smooth installation.
