Convert your 120HP base-model Can-Am Maverick X3 to 195+ HP intercooled performance with the ultimate turn-key power package from RPM SXS! Built specifically for 2020–2026 120HP machines taking the step up to intercooled ECU tuning, this comprehensive system includes every single high-performance component required: the massive RPM Big Core Intercooler with a Brushless Fan Shroud assembly, high-flow Silicone Charge Tubes with an integrated Blow-Off Valve (BOV), and an upgraded High-Pressure Fuel Pump Assembly.

At the core of the kit is the giant 12" x 11" x 4" Bar & Plate Intercooler, engineered with 30% more core volume than stock to eliminate power-robbing heat soak. Tested in extreme desert conditions, this intercooler maintains up to 40°F cooler Intake Air Temperatures (IATs), allowing your machine to stay in peak boost longer and safer on 91-octane pump gas while drastically reducing the risk of engine knock or detonation. It comes pre-fitted with RPM's high-CFM soft-start Brushless Motor Fan and 100% EPDM Sealed Shroud. Paired with RPM's heat- and burst-resistant 4-ply silicone primary and secondary charge tubes, smooth internal transition eliminates air turbulence while replacing the kinked factory plastic tubing. Every kit includes a precision CNC-machined billet BOV, an unbreakable stainless steel manifold vacuum port, stainless heavy-duty T-bolt clamps, and a high-flow fuel pump assembly.
