Add that undeniable high-performance dump sound to your Can-Am Maverick R while protecting your turbocharger with the RPM SXS 5-Ply Wire-Reinforced BOV Charge Tube Kit! Because the factory Maverick R turbo system has no stock provisions for a blow-off or diverter valve, installing an aftermarket BOV requires a dedicated charge tube upgrade. Designed to link the intercooler directly to the throttle body, this silicone charge tube provides the perfect mounting location for the included RPM V2 Billet Blow-Off Valve while smoothing out internal airflow to eliminate power-robbing turbulence.
Positioned neatly behind the factory intercooler, the BOV remains shielded from trail mud, sand, and flying debris while staying easily accessible. The charge tube itself is built from ultra-durable 5-ply silicone integrated with heavy-duty spiral wire reinforcement embedded into the inner layers, making it virtually impossible to swell, balloon, or burst under high boost levels. The kit includes a billet manifold reference port that taps directly into post-throttle-body vacuum for instantaneous valve response, prolonging turbo bearing life and improving throttle response between shifts. If you ever need to return to a stealth setup, RPM includes a billet BOV plug to eliminate the valve without removing the heavy-duty tube.

The BOV should come from factory. But it doesnt. So RPM stepped up and made a great one. I recommend that you use the medium spring. It works great.

Got the blowoff valve, but FedEx left it on the ground by my mailbox which is by the road instead of bringing it to my house. Every other package I have delivered by FedEx comes directly to my house. My mailbox is at the end of my driveway, which is about half a football field length from my house. Thank God I was home to get it. It's gonna start storming soon. Very unhappy with delivery. For that reason I gave 4⭐️'s.

Product fits perfectly to my maverick r max. Product is easy to install. The only issue i had was that I had to buy two additional brackets to tighten the hoses. As im in California so it requires a different set up..other than that im super happy with Product and it sounds bad ass too.
