Built specifically for early 120HP base machines taking the step up to intercooled ECU tuning, this package provides the core high-performance hardware required for serious power gains: the 60% larger RPM Big Core Intercooler with a high-volume 1,100 CFM fan, high-flow Silicone Charge Tubes with an integrated Blow-Off Valve (BOV), and an upgraded High-Pressure Fuel Pump Assembly.

At the heart of the kit is the massive RPM Big Core Intercooler, engineered to handle up to 60 PSI and tested in harsh desert sand conditions to lower Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) by up to 50°F. This massive core prevents heat soak and engine knock while allowing you to run higher boost levels safely on 91-octane pump gas—all while fully retaining your factory top intercooler cover! It comes paired with a giant 10" deep-dish fan moving 1,100 CFM (350+ CFM more airflow than stock). The kit includes RPM's heat- and burst-resistant 4-ply primary and secondary silicone charge tubes featuring 30% more volume to eliminate restrictive factory kinks, a precision billet BOV, an unbreakable stainless steel manifold vacuum port, stainless heavy-duty T-bolt clamps, and an upgraded high-volume fuel pump assembly.

Mandatory ECU Tuning: Installing the upgraded 2018+ fuel pump assembly requires 2018–2021 ECU programming. The machine will not run correctly without corresponding ECU tuning!
120HP Base Models: Factory wiring on 120HP base machines does not trigger intercooler fans automatically. We strongly recommend pairing this kit with the RPM Can-Am X3 Manual Intercooler Fan Override Switch for full dash-controlled cooling power!
