Custom-engineered to fit the OEM air filter (Part #715900394) found across Can-Am Defender, Maverick Trail, and Maverick Sport platforms, this heavy-duty pre-filter utilizes RPM’s proprietary silicone-treated Micro Screen material to form an impenetrable outer shield against moisture and fine trail debris.

Crafted with precise, uniform micron-sized openings, this hydrophobic (water-repellent) barrier stops fine dirt, sand, clay, and splash water down to .005” in diameter before it ever reaches your main filter element. The silicone-impregnated micro-mesh creates a slick, water-beading barrier while adding virtually zero air restriction, ensuring your Rotax engine breathes free without loss of throttle response or power. It slides snugly over your stock air filter in seconds, making routine maintenance as quick as tapping off loose dirt and putting it right back to work!

Northern mn ,rail road beds reclaimed ,many many sand and rock pits left over !so Dust is big deal can am defender ! 30 day filter replacement after 800 miles ? The pre filter is going to be a big help with preventive /maintenance ! Air and oil filters r the life of the machine! Play /pay for the ⛽️and the maintenance ! Ur ride is everything! Use this filter ! Save some money !
