Introducing the ultimate exhaust upgrade for the Can-Am Maverick R: the RPM SXS 3" Titanium Big Mouth Mid-Pipe! A true performance masterpiece, this titanium unit drops massive weight while freeing up maximum horsepower and spool response from your turbocharger.
The stock Maverick R comes with a 3" turbo flange, but Can-Am immediately chokes it down with a restrictive 2.5" factory mid-pipe before necking down even further to 2" in the muffler. The RPM 3" Titanium Big Mouth eliminates this severe bottleneck right at the turbine housing, drastically reducing power-robbing backpressure and exhaust gas heat build-up. Engineered with a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel braided flex pipe for maximum joint durability, this 3" mid-pipe weighs an astonishingly light 3.2 lbs! Utilizing RPM's proprietary 3" I.D. graphite ball-flange gasket, it mates seamlessly to the stock muffler, any aftermarket muffler designed for factory fitment, or any RPM SXS Maverick R muffler. Built for serious tuners and weekend warriors alike, it retains full compatibility with OEM heat shields (or the RPM Maverick R Heat Blanket) and includes a discreetly placed secondary 18mm O2 bung for wideband data logging.
