The factory Maverick R turbo system has no stock provisions for a blow-off valve (BOV) or diverter valve. The RPM SXS 5-Ply Wire-Reinforced Silicone Charge Tube solves this directly—connecting seamlessly between the intercooler and the throttle body to provide a dedicated 25mm BOV port.
Built to withstand extreme boost levels without expanding, swelling, or bursting, this heavy-duty tube features a wire-reinforced layer embedded between 5 plies of premium silicone. Its smooth interior design eliminates intake turbulence for maximum airflow velocity. The integrated BOV port positions your blow-off valve conveniently behind the factory intercooler, providing easy access while keeping the valve naturally shielded from mud, roost, and trail debris.

For proper vacuum and boost signaling, the kit includes a billet manifold port adapter that taps directly into the factory intake manifold post-throttle body, delivering an accurate, lag-free boost reference signal for smooth BOV operation.
