We made it seamless to make the switch. The RPM SXS Mechanical BOV Conversion Kit is designed specifically for CFMoto Z10 owners who already run an aftermarket charge tube or silicone plumbing with a standard 25mm (1") port and are ready to ditch the restrictive stock electronic valve. This complete kit eliminates compressor surge, holds higher boost pressures reliably, and delivers that aggressive, crisp "pssh" dump sound every time you let off the throttle.

Unlike generic setups, the RPM Mechanical BOV receives its positive and negative vacuum signals from the most absolute and direct reference possible: the T-MAP sensor itself. Taking reference directly at the sensor provides the most immediate, accurate, and aggressive signal available to actuate the valve the instant you lift off the throttle.

Manufactured with an anodized billet aluminum body, this conversion kit includes extra adjustment springs, a rebuild O-ring pack, a CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum T-MAP boost reference adapter, and our Electronic BOV Bypass Connector to safely trick the ECU and prevent check engine lights or limp mode.
