Sharp! 10/10 — Would Buy Again Tomorrow
I ordered the RPM Sport Muffler for my RZR XP 1000, and it showed up very quickly. It even came in a really cool RPM bag with stickers, keychains, and a few other freebies. I always appreciate those little extras.
I’m not overly mechanically inclined, but installing this muffler is probably just above sixth-grade difficulty. 😂 A couple Torx screws, loosen everything up, pull the old one off, and put the new one on. I did it completely by myself in about 25–30 minutes, and honestly, it only took me that long because I didn’t fully understand how the back was set up and was WAY overthinking it. It’s just not that complicated.
Fired it up and… man, it sounds GOOD.
I live in town, so I can’t really run my RZR around without trailering it somewhere. Instead, I drove it up and down my driveway about ten times just so I could hear it when I hit the gas climbing the hill. Finally my wife came outside and yelled, “STOP THAT SHIT!” 😂 That probably tells you how much I like the sound.
I haven’t had the chance to really get it out on the trails and open it up yet, but I’m more than excited to.
One thing I would do differently: RPM says you can use the OEM spark arrestor, but realistically, it doesn’t fit very well. I tried it, and I wouldn’t recommend going that route. If I were ordering again today, I’d simply buy the RPM muffler and RPM’s spark arrestor at the same time.
A spark arrestor is required where I ride, and obviously nobody wants to be responsible for starting a fire in the woods, so having one was important to me.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the shipping speed, communication from the RPM staff, quality of the product, looks, sound, and ease of installation.

Quick and easy install. Looks and sounds great. Only downfall was my stock springs were a little too short to fit the new exhaust, but a trip to the hardware store fixed that.
Easy enough install. Looks great and the sound it makes now over the stock exhaust is very noticeable. It has a bark to it rather than a loud raspy sound.
Installation went on a 2025 RZR XP 1000 ultimate and the sound of the muffler is pretty good at idle speeds at Cruisin speeds and even gets better as you increase the power so all around it’s definitely a pretty good muffler. none of the videos that I seen to tell how the muffler performs really doesn’t do it justice. very happy with my purchase.
At first I was upset I ordered and then got a email about how it’s out of stock. I reached out to them and had it in 2 weeks and wow was it worth it!! This exhaust looks beautiful I’m a Tig welder and judge pretty damn hard but these stainless welds are great and the fitment is good! The only negative I’d say is the spot where you clip the exhaust springs I had to hammer back so I could get the exhaust springs on.Guys the sound of this exhaust is so damn badass it’s a very deep tone at idle but not nasty sounding and when you open it up it yells move out the way. While not sounding like some straight pipe garbage highly impressive RPM would definitely recommend this!!!! Oh and I put it on a 2026 rzr XP S 1000

The quality of this product is outstanding. The sound is deep. I can't recommend this product enough! It's been a game-changer from a stock muffler to a RPM SPORT muffler. I highly recommend if you’re buying a muffler to get this one.

Came packaged very very well. Had a hard time getting it out it was packed so good. Sounds amazing, good rumble on start up but can also keep it quiet if need be while driving. If you punch it it has a nice tone. Running it with no tune currently but plan to tune. 10/10 would buy again for any other machine I have in the future. Welds are also very good and spot on!
