This full 3" exhaust system is purpose-built for drivers who demand maximum horsepower and CFM flow without the deafening exhaust volume. Engineered with 100% TIG-welded 304 stainless steel internals, this system completely eliminates traditional muffler packing—which burns out and degrades over time—in favor of a precision-engineered mechanical chamber and baffle design.

Smart-Chamber Technology

Our internal chamber design delivers dynamic airflow based on your throttle position:

• Cruising & Idling: At lower throttle inputs, exhaust gases pass through the mechanical baffles and sound-deadening chambers, providing a smooth, quiet, near-stock tone with zero ear fatigue on long rides.

• Wide-Open Throttle (WOT): When you mash the pedal, the increased exhaust velocity fills the primary chambers and overflows directly into high-flow pass-through passages. This yields all the unrestricted CFM and exhaust flow required for big tunes and upgraded turbos!

Weighing in at only 15.5 lbs, this system shaves 15 lbs off the rear of your machine compared to the heavy stock muffler. It includes all necessary stainless bracketry and hardware to mount your factory OEM rear tip, fully retaining the stock appearance and factory spark arrestor.

Pair it with an RPM 3" Mid-Pipe to unlock up to 10+ horsepower gains while keeping your machine stealthy and trail-friendly!
