Eliminate power-robbing intake collapse and boost leaks on your Polaris Patriot Boost 850 with RPM’s Heavy-Duty 5-Ply Silicone Intake and Charge Tube Kit! The factory stock rubber OEM intake tube is notoriously soft and thin, causing it to collapse in on itself under heavy vacuum during hard pulls—robbing your engine of critical airflow on even bone-stock machines.
RPM’s 5-ply reinforced HD silicone construction permanently solves this failure point without sacrificing factory fit and finish. The intake tube retains the factory inner air box seal and features precision port-matched interior dimensions to match the turbo inlet, creating a smooth, uninterrupted air pathway for maximum intake velocity and lightning-fast spool times.
The heavy-duty 5-ply silicone charge tube features an integrated 25mm BOV port designed specifically to accept the RPM Blow-Off Valve kit (sold separately). If you prefer to run without a BOV, every kit includes a heavy-duty billet 25mm block-off cap to seal the port completely. Every kit ships complete with stainless steel, silicone-safe worm gear clamps that secure firmly without cutting into the multi-layer silicone structure.
🔧 BOV INSTALLATION NOTE:
Running an RPM BOV kit on the Patriot Boost platform requires tapping into a vacuum reference port post-reed valves. The factory engine cases feature a dedicated casting spot for this modification, which requires drilling and tapping.
