Engineered specifically for the factory 850 Turbo platform, RPM custom-calibrated this BOV and its internal spring rate to perfectly match the precise vacuum drawn by the engine at idle and under non-boost conditions.
When letting off the throttle under boost, trapped intake air creates compressor surge (turbo flutter), which slows the turbine wheel and causes severe mechanical stress. The RPM BOV vents this excess pressure instantly, taking stress off the turbine wheel to dramatically improve turbocharger longevity while keeping the wheel spinning for significantly faster spool times and snappier throttle response when re-engaging the throttle.
At the core of this system is RPM’s patent-pending stainless steel boost reference port, which installs post-throttle body and before the reed valves for absolute signal accuracy. The kit includes an upgraded BOV filter equipped with a hydrophobic pre-filter cover to keep snow, ice, and moisture out of the valve assembly.

Easy to install , directions were clear n easy to follow , gives a great sound that sets me apart from the group I ride with , not as load as I expected but I’m not running big boost (factory settings) but still can hear it pop off! This Alberta, Canadian rider recommends it!!!
The Bov really seemed to take away the lag on the factory turbo setup, install is a sucky one but everything seems to work great and the turbo noises are sweet

Made the turbo much smoother and got rid of the harsh turbo flutter on throttle off. Combined with the Bikeman pipe it feels like a bigbore mod motor instead of a turbo.

the product is great and have one for my 21 aswell already but maybe some better installation instructions would help maybe a video of installing the bov kit with the tb on the sled would be helpful just for nervous installers like me
