Honda Talon 1000 Sport Muffler
Transform your Honda Talon’s exhaust note while unlocking instant power with the RPM SXS 2.5" 304 Stainless Steel Sport Muffler! Engineered specifically for the Talon 1000 platform, this high-performance slip-on exhaust replaces the heavy, restrictive OEM muffler to deliver a deep, throaty, controlled sport tone without annoying cabin drone.
Crafted entirely from premium 304 stainless steel and weighing just 15 lbs, this 2.5" straight-through sport muffler drastically reduces rear-end weight while delivering a guaranteed minimum gain of +3 Horsepower straight out of the box. Designed for real-world off-road use, it retains full compatibility with the stock spark arrestor to keep you trail-legal in national forests and state parks. Installation is a clean, 100% direct bolt-on process using all factory mounting points and OEM hardware with no ECU tuning required. Backed by RPM’s limited lifetime warranty, it’s built to withstand a lifetime of hard trail riding, rock crawling, and dune shredding.
Features:
Guaranteed +3 HP Gain: Dyno-proven to unlock a minimum of 3 additional horsepower by optimizing exhaust velocity and reducing back pressure.
Deep, Controlled Sport Sound: Delivers a crisp, aggressive throttle rumble that stays controlled and comfortable inside the cab during long rides.
Lightweight 15 lb Construction: Shaves significant weight off the tail end compared to the bulky factory muffler assembly.
2.5" 304 Stainless Steel Construction: TIG-welded, high-grade 304 stainless steel offers maximum corrosion resistance and durability in mud, water, and sand.
Retains OEM Spark Arrestor: Compatible with the factory spark arrestor to ensure compliance on public lands and regulated trails.
No Tuning Required: Formulated to run smoothly on factory ECU fuel mapping with zero engine flashing or tuner needed.
100% Direct Bolt-On: Drops straight into place utilizing factory mounting brackets and stock hardware.

Sounds great easy installation. I’m an aluminum tig welder and the welds look great. (Never welded stainless tho) Have the dynojet pv3 too. Makes a difference. Recommend!!!
Super easy install package very well. And the exhaust sounds amazing not too loud that it’s screaming in your ears, but it lets you know that it’s not stock and I love the color that it changes when it goes through the heat cycle great exhaust for the money does not break the bank.
Super easy install. Looks great and sounds amazing. I’d definitely buy again. Best price and best sounding exhaust I have found that don’t require tuning!
Easy installation, no instructions were needed, great quality, perfect fit, everything is tight and looks good. Cleans up the back end and some decent weight savings as well. The sound is perfection, an awesome growl but sporty, even with my kids in the back seats they didn't complain, no drone at higher RPM's & 40-50mph. Have received alot of compliments out & about already within the first day! HIGHLY recommend this exhaust, thanks RPM for good quality, good sounding exhaust 🤙
10 minute install. Fit perfect looks and sounds great. Had dent in muffler when took out of box but that was ok. I am sure more will come when riding. Would definitely recommend thus pipe.
Easy install, good looking exhaust, plug and play, sounds good. If you’re looking for a nice sounding exhaust that won’t break the bank this is your exhaust. Can buy with or without spark arrestor and can buy spark arrestor separate
Loving this new exhaust! It’s not too loud when idling or just casually cruising trails. But when you get on it, it really comes to life in the best way possible! Very happy with this purchase. Everything fit perfectly, looked excellent, and was very easy to install. I’d highly recommend RPM and this exhaust to anyone!
Honda talon sounds the best rpm is great stuff it never disappoints any body want there Honda to sound good and be the king of the trails get this for your Honda talon 2024 model
This exhaust is exactly what my machine needed. Great sound, great look. A noticeable power gain, especially without a tune. Thanks for selling a superior product at a reasonable price. Nice rumble at an idle, to an aggressive bark when mashing the pedal. Install was easy, package showed up 4 days earlier than expected, exhaust came in perfect condition.
Perfect sound level compared to stock. Not a full race sound, just loud enough for others to hear and be aware of your position. Just what I was hoping for!!!
I reached out as soon as it was delivered and asked for if I could get a sticker to put on. Someone reached out right away and shipped a little package of swag stuff. Would definitely recommend RPM
