Designed for aggressive trail riding, dune bashing, and high-ambient desert environments, this comprehensive cooling upgrade combines a massive aluminum bar-and-plate intercooler core with our high-output 10" brushless fan and precision-sealed aluminum shroud to keep Intake Air Temperatures (IAT) rock solid.

At the heart of the Stage 2 kit is a custom bar-and-plate core measuring 12" Wide x 11" Tall x 4" Deep—delivering a massive 62% increase in core volume over stock. This vastly expanded core surface area strips heat from compressed charge air to stop heat soak in its tracks and prevent the factory ECU from pulling ignition timing or safety-limiting engine output.

The kit pairs the big core with our 10-inch, 10-blade brushless fan assembly (delivering up to 1250 CFM while drawing just 6 amps at 13.5V) and an aluminum shroud lined with premium EPDM foam seals. While the factory intercooler shroud leaks air around its edges and recirculates hot engine bay air, the RPM custom shroud forms a 100% airtight seal against the core—ensuring 100% of fan velocity is drawn directly through the intercooler core. Discharge air is then channeled across the top of the engine block to lower overall engine bay operating temperatures.

100% direct bolt-on installation using factory mounting locations, OEM-style plug-and-play wiring, and compatible with both factory and RPM SXS silicone charge tubes!
