At the core of this system is the in-house designed RPM Chambered Q-Muffler. Utilizing internal mechanical chambers and precise geometry, the Q-Muffler delivers exceptional sound dampening without restricting flow—easily supporting well over 300+ HP for both stock-tune machines and extreme high-boost builds. The system features a true 2.5" high-flow mid-pipe that bolts directly to the factory header using original hardware, complete with dual O2 bungs (one factory O2 location plus a secondary M18 wideband O2 bung with threaded plug for dyno tuning and data logging).

For bulletproof off-road reliability, the muffler-to-mid-pipe junction utilizes a custom proprietary gasket sealed with heavy-duty retention springs. This allows the exhaust system to flex naturally under extreme chassis torque and rough terrain, preventing stress fractures and flange leaks common with rigid setups. Mounting is rock-solid thanks to CNC-machined barbed top hanger pins and a custom adjustable 304 stainless lower bracket—ensuring your exhaust tip stays perfectly centered in the rear fascia without rubbing or sitting crooked.
