When we set out to build this intake system, our goal was simple: design hands-down the best flowing, highest quality, and most effective filtrating intake on the market for the Can-Am Maverick R.

The Rotax 3-cylinder motor craves unrestricted airflow, and this precisely engineered carbon intake delivers unmatched volume and velocity. The performance gains are compounding: the more work done or the higher level of tune you run, the more massive your horsepower gains will be—especially on tunes with raised limiters.

Uncompromised Engineering & Materials

  • Fluorolined Silicone Coupler: Starting at the bottom, a custom-formed fluorolined silicone elbow seamlessly mates to the turbine housing, providing uninterrupted, smooth airflow directly into the turbo. It fully retains the factory crankcase breather port in its stock location.

  • Masterpiece Carbon Fiber Construction: The enlarged intake tube is a true work of art, opening up to a massive 5-inch diameter at the filter to eliminate restrictive factory neckdowns and maximize air velocity.

  • S&B 8-Ply Dry Extendable Filter: We teamed up with S&B Filters—the industry leader in filtration technology—to include an 8-ply, dry extendable filter that flows far more air than the Maverick R is physically capable of consuming. You will never reach the limits of this intake!

  • RPM Hydrophobic Pre-Filter Included: Wrapped around the S&B filter is our famous water- and dust-repellent pre-filter, shielding against large dirt, mud, and sand particles to significantly extend service intervals.

  • 6061 Billet Aluminum Mounting System: While competitors rely on cheap sheet metal brackets that fatigue and bend, we engineered a rigid 2-piece 6061 billet aluminum mount. It utilizes factory hardware and requires zero chassis modifications.

Installation is 100% direct bolt-on and engineered with precision clearance to easily fit under the factory roof scoop.

I was absolutely pleased by both products mainly the cold air intake it sounds fenomenal. Obviously the BOV does too, but I bought it for sound not necessarily function. Quality of products is also great.

Installed RPM sport exhaust and CVT intake fan yesterday on our 2025 Polaris RZR XP 1000S and man it sounds amazing!! The fit & finish is perfect, as expected, and the sound is even better than advertised. Very happy with the product and will be recommending to our friends along with sharing a video on YouTube and social media platforms. Note: did not do RPM high flow intake installation yet as I am waiting for the 5inch circular saw bit to arrive in the mail. We will be doing an installation & review video on our YouTube channel. Beautiful piece and exactly what I was looking for. Had a different high flow intake but it used single use paper filters that cost $100 each. With the RPM intake and its cleanable S&B filter that cost goes way down. I also prefer how the filter mounts over my other intake. Much easier to maintain.
