Engineered to eliminate heat-induced intake collapse and maximize fresh airflow, the RPM SXS "Big Fatty" HD Silicone Intake Tube is the ultimate reliability and performance upgrade for high-horsepower and tuned Polaris machines.
The weak factory rubber intake tube (OEM #5416487 & 5414691) is notoriously thin and prone to severe heat softening. Under elevated engine bay temperatures or high turbo boost levels, the stock tube sucks inward on itself—clogging the intake, choking airflow, and starving your engine right when you need power most. The RPM "Big Fatty" eliminates this failure point permanently. Built from 5 plies of heat-resistant silicone totaling 6mm in thickness and reinforced with an internal stainless steel helical wire cage, this tube simply DOES NOT collapse.
Designed with an oversized Venturi Big Mouth intake opening, it draws in a rapid, direct supply of cool air and routes it through a seamless, port-matched transition straight into the airbox snout. The enlarged profile clears aftermarket shock springs with ease and completely eliminates factory flow bottlenecks. Installation takes under 10 minutes and comes complete with heavy-duty stainless steel T-bolt clamps!

As described very beefy compared to stock great figment scoop install less than 10 minites time replacing have not had razor out yet but so far I’m sure it will make a huge difference in air flow into the air box
I have a RZR XP4 Turbo S and it fit perfect and looks so much better than the stock intake tube. Definitely can hear and feel a difference in how it runs.
