Tame the exhaust volume on your RPM SXS performance muffler without sacrificing horsepower! Engineered specifically for RPM exhaust systems, this high-flow perforated quiet core insert effectively drops decibel levels for sound-sensitive trails, forestry-regulated lands, or early morning trail rides.

Constructed with a free-flowing perforated tube, this insert creates ideal sound-dampening acoustic turbulence while maintaining proper exhaust velocity and backpressure. Designed as a universal drop-in fitment for 60mm RPM exhaust tip outlets, installation requires drilling a single small hole near the exhaust tip outlet to lock the core securely in place using the included hardware.

Installation Guidelines:

🛠️ INSTALLATION NOTE: Installing this quiet core insert requires drilling one small pilot hole through the underside of your RPM exhaust tip exit to pass the retaining bolt through. All necessary mounting hardware is included for a clean, secure setup that won't vibrate loose on the trail.
