Achieve perfect clutch alignment and eliminate premature belt wear! The RPM SXS Titanium P90X Secondary Clutch Alignment Shim Kit is engineered specifically to fine-tune secondary clutch offset and sheave alignment on P90X-equipped Polaris models.

Improper clutch alignment causes the drive belt to run crooked between sheaves, leading to severe edge-cord wear, belt heat buildup, harsh engagement, and power loss. This heavy-duty kit includes 8 precision Grade 5 Titanium alignment shims that install directly under the secondary clutch retaining bolt face. Adding shims shifts the secondary clutch and belt inward toward the engine, while removing shims moves it outward away from the engine—allowing you to dial in exact parallelism and offset for maximum power transfer and belt life.
