RPM Ranger 1000 & XP 1000 Air Filter Pre-Filter

Custom-engineered to fit the OEM air filters on 2018–2026 Polaris Ranger 1000 and Ranger XP 1000 models, this heavy-duty pre-filter utilizes RPM’s proprietary silicone-treated Micro Screen material to form an impenetrable outer shield against moisture and fine trail debris.

Crafted with precise, uniform micron-sized openings, this hydrophobic (water-repellent) barrier stops fine dirt, sand, clay, and splash water down to .005” in diameter before it ever reaches your main filter element. The silicone-impregnated micro-mesh creates a slick, water-beading barrier while adding virtually zero air restriction, ensuring your engine breathes free without loss of throttle response or power. It slides snugly over your stock air filter in seconds, making routine maintenance as quick as tapping off loose dirt and putting it right back to work!
