Built to handle extreme boost levels in high-horsepower and large-turbo builds, the RPM SXS 5-Ply Wire-Reinforced HD Silicone Charge Tube is the ultimate pressure-handling upgrade for high-output Polaris Turbo platforms! As machines get faster and boost pressures climb beyond standard limits, traditional silicone hoses can expand or flex under extreme load. RPM solved this permanently by embedding an internal helical wire cage between 5 dense plies of heat-resistant silicone.
This rigid wire-reinforced structure completely eliminates expansion, ballooning, or collapse under massive boost pressure while directly replacing the failure-prone stock plastic tube that melts, cracks, and warps. Designed with 30% more internal volume than stock and smooth interior walls, it minimizes air turbulence and maximizes air velocity straight to the engine. In addition to retaining all factory sensor locations, RPM added a dedicated auxiliary boost reference port—making it simple to plumb a boost gauge, manual boost controller, or boost-activated accessory. Every kit comes complete with heavy-duty stainless steel T-bolt clamps for a blowout-proof, leak-free seal!

Install of new was a breeze ..only problem was sensor would nor screw in. Bolt hole was off. Had to take metal spacer off plastic to bolt it down. Just don’t over tighten

Great product and simple install. Was a tight fit on the BOV and heat shield. It’s directly under a bolt that removes heat shield. But still got it done and this was My first ever aftermarket part install. Looks great, and can feel the difference in my Turbo efficiency and power. With some cool sound effects :)!
