What sets our intake tube apart from everyone else's is that it is 6ply, 7mm thick, and does NOT bottleneck at the shock, OR either opening.
This is a MUST HAVE item for stock AND definitely modified machines! The stock intake tube collapses when warm, causing the intake to clog itself and starve for air. The factory tube is simply too thin and weak. The RPM SxS " Big Fatty " intake tube does not have the same restrictive molding near the shock AND has 6 ply's of reinforcement totaling 7mm thick! This thing simply DOES NOT collapse! Along with the Big Fatty intake tube you will receive two stainless steel T-bolt clamps to secure it on both ends. This install is so easy and straightforward that instructions were hard to create! A simple 10 minute install! OEM 1241537 upgrade!

Fit and finish is perfect!! Tucks in behind everything perfectly and definitely improves on intake airflow. The restrictive factory intake tube chokes these engines where the RPM intake frees up that flow with a smooth design and plenty of room for the air to flow in!! Highly recommend making this upgrade!!
Quality of tube is great just like the other hoses I have from RPM. Was just not happy to see it runs into the shock. Which I'm sure over time will wear through the silicone. Time will tell though.
Replaced the original 2020 Pro XP intake hose. I saw myself just what happens when the OEM intake hose collapses, total stall out happens.
This Big Fatty will never collapse.
Huge improvement over the factory intake. Definitely built well. Snug fit with my aftermarket springs but a zip tie to hold it back will do the trick. If you haven’t upgraded your stock, this is your answer!
