RPM Hydrophobic Water Repellent Pre Filter
Protect your engine and extend the life of your air filter! RPM's proprietary silicone-treated Micron Screen pre-filter is engineered specifically for dry-flow air filters to dramatically enhance filtration efficiency and prolong performance in the harshest off-road environments.
Manufactured from a durable micro-mesh material, this pre-filter features a specialized hydrophobic (water-repellent) silicone treatment with uniform micron-sized openings. It creates a physical barrier that stops fine sand, trail dust, silt, clay, and even water droplets from clogging your primary air filter—blocking unwanted debris down to .005" in diameter while adding virtually zero airflow restriction to your engine!
By stopping heavy dirt and moisture before it ever touches your primary filter pleats, the RPM Pre-Filter keeps your intake breathing clean, extends your main air filter service intervals, and guards your high-performance engine against abrasive dust.
Features:
-
Proprietary Micron Screen Material: Crafted from durable micro-mesh designed specifically for extreme off-road use.

Great Product
Fits good
Fitment is perfect. We have not used it on the machine yet but we presume it will work well in the very dusty environment we ride in.
So far so good
Simple install, quality product.
As advertised
Love it fit great
Fits the stock Pro R filter perfectly, quality is good.
This Pre Filter has a nice quality fit on my 2023 Polaris Rzr Pro R Ultimate. It took a little time to get installed onto the air filter but because the fit is snug. I'm confident my air filter will stay clean longer. I had a simalar product on my 2019 Polaris XP Turbo but it was loose on one end and some dust was getting through. In Moab you could see the pre filter was covered with red dirt that made it to the air filter. I have no doubt the RPM Pre Filter will do the job.
