This is our 304 stainless steel, FULL 3" catless Sport Muffler, featuring an internally baffled perforated core. By moving beyond a standard straight-through design, we achieved a beautifully deep and aggressive exhaust tone while keeping the system extremely lightweight and seamlessly retaining your factory rear fascia.
Wondering how loud it is? The Sport Muffler lands perfectly in the middle of the "loudness chart" for our Pro R lineup. It is louder than our near-stock Chambered Muffler, but not quite as aggressive as our Race Muffler. If you love this setup but want something just a touch quieter, we offer this exact same design in a DUAL Sport Muffler! Let's talk about the exhaust tip... The factory rear fascia was designed specifically around the OEM "isosceles trapezoid" tip. The absolute biggest downfall of the stock exhaust is that it bottlenecks a 3" muffler inlet down to a highly restrictive 2.5" exit. While other companies struggled to make typical "car-style" round tips fit the factory plastics, we knew what needed to be done. We painstakingly 3D-scanned and reverse-engineered the OEM shape. After extensive mold building, testing, and refining, we created a true 3", factory-appearing stainless tip that flows massive amounts of air and fits the OEM fascia flawlessly. Our tip can even be easily modified to sit countersunk in the fascia for an ultra-sleek look!
Let's talk about the gasket flange... Having manufactured our own replacement OEM-style gaskets for years, we knew we had to replicate the precise OEM flange shape for optimal performance. While some competitors attempt to use inferior cone-style flanges that create harsh pressure points, our replicated OEM flange ensures evenly distributed pressure for maximum sealing and ultimate gasket life.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Had problems of mounting brackets being wrong. And I paid for 2 day shipping. They wouldn’t refund the shipping. Tried to say it was done in shipping. But the box was in perfect shape!!! Never again. Would not to recommend to anyone.
