Polaris RZR Pro R Double Spherical Exhaust Gasket Donut Seal 3610341

Stop exhaust leaks before they start! Manufactured directly by RPM, this Heavy-Duty Ultra Seal Exhaust Gasket is engineered to deliver a superior, long-lasting seal that easily outperforms the stock factory gasket on high-output engines.

Positioned on the exhaust head pipe right between the head pipe and muffler, this premium gasket utilizes a double spherical, dual-step design. Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel mesh tightly wrapped in an outer layer of composite graphite, it provides maximum thermal expansion resistance, crushing resilience, and leak-free performance under extreme exhaust heat and heavy vibration.

Precision-sized directly to OEM specifications (75mm ID x 96.5mm OD Muffler Side & 99.5mm OD Head Pipe Side), it is a direct drop-in replacement and significant upgrade over factory part #3610341.

Features:

  • Outperforms OEM: Double spherical, dual-step construction engineered specifically to handle higher exhaust temperatures and severe vibration.

  • Heavy-Duty Construction: Built with high-density stainless steel mesh core wrapped in an outer layer of composite graphite for an ultra-reliable seal.

  • Direct OEM Replacement: Replaces and upgrades Polaris factory part number 3610341.

  • Precision Fitment: Engineered to exact dimensions (75mm ID x 96.5mm OD Muffler Side & 99.5mm OD Head Pipe Side).
