Pro R, Turbo R, Pro XP 4 Seat 7.5 Gallon Floor Board Fuel Tank
This is an easy to install, and remove as needed, auxiliary gas tank that simply sits snugly in the floor board. The factory folding seat bracket secures to the tank and then is connected to the chassis using our supplied J Clamp. It can be used as a single OR dual setup by utilizing one or both floor boards for fuel. This tank utilizes the factory fill neck for re-fueling AND ventilation eliminating in cab fuel fumes that you'd experience with other kits. No routing fuel lines near drivetrain components, NO relocating wiring, NO relocating batteries. You are able to choose which side you'd like to use for your tank, passenger side or drivers side or BOTH. Kit includes a momentary switch for easy, quick, and on the fly re-fueling even while driving. The high volume fuel pump can pump 1.25 gallons per minute. If the tank ever needs removed, simply cap the fill fitting with the supplied cap and remove the tank, easy as that.
When running a single tank, we recommend the passenger side.
All fittings, pump, plug & play wiring harness, and hardware is included along with easy to follow instructions.

The auxiliary fuel tank did everything I needed. A couple small tweaks on the install along with the detailed directions and it took a few hrs with help from a buddy. We took the 2024 Pro R 4 ultimate from Ensenada to San Quintin on the beach with no problems. 150 range with the car now and no issues. Would definitely recommend

Overall it works as advertised and I am happy. The fitment is on point and the build quality is there. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the return line was longer than needed and it caused one of the fittings to snap off. I ended up going to an automotive hose store for a replacement for $25 because I was in a hurry.

Love the tank. Easy to install tank, running wiring to dash is not fun getting all the console out and back in place isn’t fun. . Install video would be great. Game changer on long rides. No more gas bags or jugs.

Very nice tank kit! Beautiful tank that fits like a glove in passenger floorboard. Well-thought out pump and fittings. Two minor things: vent hose is a bit too long, necessitating spiraling it around the fuel line; and the power plug for the Polaris accessory bus bar needs the relay to be re-wired to the bottom B+ position of the plug. Minor in the bigger scheme, which is safe, convenient storage of additional fuel.

The install of this RPM product is a breeze! I was worried a bit due to having a rear bench but it still works with some minor modifications have to make a bracket to hold it down in lieu of the seat base.
