RPM SXS has maintained a true 3" diameter entirely through the e-valve system, giving you the most free-flowing mid-pipe available while still mating seamlessly to ANY muffler that accepts the factory mid-pipe. By replacing heavy factory restrictions, this full titanium setup frees up maximum horsepower, delivers faster turbo spool, and substantially lowers radiant heat soak in the engine bay.

The 3" Titanium E-Valve gives you total control: run with the valve closed for whisper-quiet trail cruising through your stock or RPM slip-on muffler, then flip the illuminated dash switch to unleash wide-open performance, 500+ additional RPMs, and a deep, throaty exhaust note! Unlike competitor dump valves with harsh internal angles, our system features a smooth, high-velocity transition into the valve that exits through RPM's signature fishtail tip. Standard with dual O2 sensor bungs and an ultra-lightweight total mass of only 5 lbs, this complete system is the ultimate crown jewel for high-output RZR builds.
