RPM's Sport Muffler lineup now includes this beautiful stainless steel tig welded muffler for the Ranger 1500. This is a OEM Replacement slip on style muffler that retains all stock covers and hardware! With 2.5" of free flowing exhaust gasses this muffler alone provides a minimum 3HP gain on a stock machine. This is even more of a power gainer for tuned machines and is required in our opinion for any machine doing a stage 1 or higher tune! This muffler will bolt to the stock or RPM Head Pipe! Good morning,
After watching all your videos and looking at the reviews of your muffler. I decided that your product would be the best addition to my tricked out Polaris Ranger 1500 crew XD Ultimate. I also purchased your silicone intake tube kit. After installing both, I took it for a ride with my buddy, and we could not believe how loud it was compared to the videos we watched. We couldn't have a normal conversation in the cab, and forget about listening to music at a normal volume. Could there be a problem with this muffler, as it does not sound, at all like the mufflers represented in any of the videos we watched.

The photos speak for themselves. Amazing quality and performance. The exhaust made a big difference paired with a tune compared to stock. It has a deep, but not overly loud or annoying sound. Still very comfortable in the cab model to have a conversation traveling down the road.
