RPM Polaris Ranger 1500 Muffler UltraSeal Gasket 2024+ Replaces 7082824

RPM Polaris Ranger 1500 Muffler UltraSeal Gasket

Eliminate exhaust leaks and guarantee a leak-free seal when servicing, removing, or upgrading your exhaust system! Built using RPM's UltraSeal composite construction, this high-performance gasket is engineered to withstand extreme exhaust gas temperatures and outlast factory OEM seals under continuous heavy work loads.

Positioned directly between the exhaust head pipe and muffler assembly, this gasket should always be replaced whenever removing or reinstalling your muffler. While Polaris forces you to purchase a costly complete assembly containing the v-band clamp just to get a replacement gasket, RPM manufactures this gasket standalone—saving you money since your factory v-band clamp is fully reusable.

Directly replaces the gasket portion of Polaris OEM part number #7082824.

Features:

• RPM UltraSeal Technology: Engineered with high-temp composite materials designed to perform better, compress tighter, and last longer than stock factory gaskets.

• Essential Maintenance Component: Strongly recommended during any muffler removal, header upgrade, or routine maintenance to prevent leaks.
