The RPM Sport Muffler provides a lightweight great sounding muffler that increases throttle response, increases HP an additional 4 HP & Sheds 8.4LBS! All while still retaining the ability to pass the SAE J-2567 stationary test of below 88DB. This is a great deep sounding mountain muffler that is by no means obnoxious sounding. This muffler retains the use of the factory EGT sensor & is a simple bolt on design and requires on modifications or additional hardware. Unlike others, The exit tip portion of our muffler is DUAL wall construction ensuring rocks and stumps are no match.

The quality of this muffler is above and beyond at it's price point when compared to others in the same ballpark. Nice and light, welds look great and everything fits like it should. I've put about 300 miles on it with my RMK and haven't had a single bog. It's worth the money to buy the quiet core at the same time as the muffler, even if you don't use it it's cheap insurance to drop the noise level a bit if you prefer. This is a mountain can and too loud for the trail in my opinion, that being said, I've heard louder mountain cans as well so this is a nice compromise for big weight savings and not too loud that you don't want to use it!

I would definitely recommend the RPM exhaust can for the Polaris Boost. Great quality. Also purchased the RPM intake and boost piping. Great quality and hands down better then the OEM piping Polaris provided. Shipping was quick. Took only 5 days to arrive and I live in Alberta, Canada.
