RPM Powersports 2.5" Full Exhaust System for Kawasaki Teryx H2 – Q-Series Chambered Muffler with Optional E-Valve
Engineered and rigorously tested in-house by RPM Powersports, this full H2 exhaust system is a true masterpiece designed for riders who demand superior performance, durability, and refined sound on the all-new 250-horsepower supercharged 2026 Teryx H2 lineup.
We addressed the factory exhaust’s biggest flaw head-on, its restrictive 4-2-1 header and collector that bottlenecks down restricting the high exhaust gas flow rate generated by the centrifugal supercharger. Because the H2 forces air into the cylinders at up to 2.4× atmospheric pressure, the engine achieves an estimated volumetric efficiency of 120–140 % under peak boost, far beyond what a naturally aspirated engine can manage. That extra airflow means a dramatically higher exhaust velocity, especially at high rpm where the supercharger’s efficiency peaks.
Our header starts with a precision laser-cut flange that is internally and externally TIG-welded for a perfectly smooth transitions into the primary tubes. The optimally tuned primary tubes hug the back of the engine to help reduce heat transfer into the cargo area. The primary tubes feed into our unique 4-1 cyclonic collector, that helps to manage the high exhaust flow rates associated with a supercharged engine.
Spherical composite graphite gaskets create the perfect seal at every mating surface while maintaining uninterrupted exhaust flow. The system is secured with heavy-duty exhaust springs that allow the exhaust to flex and move naturally during extreme abuse or rough terrain. This prevents the cracks and leaks that rigid connections commonly develop.
The header connects to our large-radius, free-flowing 2.5" mid pipes. Choose the standard mid pipe or upgrade to our famous RPM E-Valve setup for versatile on-demand sound control at the flip of a switch, quiet and refined when you want it, aggressive when you need it. Both mid pipe options include dual O2 bungs: one for the factory sensor and one conveniently located M18 bung (the most common size for wideband sensors during dyno tuning and data logging). An O2 bung plug is included.
Our RPM Q-Series chambered muffler is our quietest option, engineered specifically for the H2’s unique high flow exhaust characteristics. It uses mechanical chambers and precise internal geometry for excellent sound control while flowing freely enough to support well into the 300+ HP range, ensuring it never becomes a restriction on stock or heavily boosted builds.
Key Features and Benefits
- Proven Performance: +23 HP (≈+11 % gain) over the stock baseline when paired with an RPM Carbon Intake and 91-octane tune.
- Optimally Tuned Header Design – tuned primary tube lengths and diameter deliver maximum exhaust flow through our cyclonic 4-1 collector, perfectly matched to the centrifugal supercharger’s elevated exhaust mass flow and 120–140 % VE.
- Spherical Composite Graphite Gaskets – perfect seal without interrupting flow and eliminate metal-on-metal contact.
- Heavy-Duty Exhaust Springs – allow natural flex during hard hits or rough terrain.
- Large-Radius 2.5" Mid Pipes – fully free flowing with optional RPM E-Valve for on-demand sound control.
- Dual O2 Bungs – factory location plus M18 wideband bung (plug included).
- Quietest Q-Series Chambered Muffler – tailored to the H2’s supercharged flow dynamics; supports 300+ HP without restriction.
- Adjustable 304 Stainless Muffler Bracket – perfect centering in the rear fascia.
- Barbed-Head CNC Isolator Pins – lock securely into factory isolators.
- Spark Arrestor Ready – compatible with optional RPM spark arrestors.
