With extensive dyno testing, tubing size comparisons, bend radius optimizations, alongside advanced flow simulation software, we’ve developed the perfect 3/4 exhaust system built specifically for the supercharged Kawasaki Teryx H2.

Starting with the muffler being engineered from the ground up for the H2 platform, taking its unique exhaust flow characteristics into full consideration. The RPM Chambered Q-Muffler was designed in house by RPM engineers. It features mechanical chambers and precise internal geometry to deliver excellent sound control while flowing enough exhaust gas to support well into the 300+ HP range. Whether you’re on a stock tune or planning higher-boost upgrades later, this system will never become a restriction.

This complete 3/4 exhaust system features a true 2.5" mid pipe that bolts directly to the factory header using factory hardware. The mid pipe includes dual O2 bungs, one for the factory O2 sensor and one M18 bung. The conveniently located M18 bung is the most common size used for wideband sensors during dyno tuning and data logging. An O2 bung plug is included for when the M18 bung is not in use.

At the muffler to mid pipe connection, we use a custom proprietary gasket for a perfect seal, eliminating metal on metal contact. The muffler and mid pipe joints are connected with heavy duty springs. This design allows the entire exhaust to flex and move naturally during extreme abuse or rough terrain, preventing the cracks and leaks that commonly develop with rigid connections.

The system mounts to the factory top rubber isolated hangers using our CNC machined pins with a barbed head, ensuring it stays securely in place even in rough and abusive conditions. For the bottom mount, we include a custom adjustable 304 stainless steel lower bracket that keeps the exhaust perfectly centered in the rear fascia unlike many others that sit crooked or rub due to lack of adjustability.

At the rear fascia, you can run the system plain for a stock like appearance or upgrade with our optional custom exhaust tips. Choose polished or blued tips for a sharp, aggressive look that sets your H2 apart.

Built from high quality 304 stainless with precision TIG welding throughout, this 3/4 system delivers real performance gains, even on a stock tune, while reducing heat radiation. It gives you a deep, satisfying tone with controlled rasp, without excessive drone or being overly loud.
