RPM's Sport Muffler lineup includes this beautiful stainless steel tig welded muffler for the RZR XP PRO's. This is a OEM Replacement slip on style muffler that retains all stock covers and hardware! This Sport Muffler provides a minimum 3HP gain on a stock machine. This is a huge power gainer for tuned machines and is required in our opinion for any machine doing a stage 2 or higher tune! This muffler will bolt to the stock or and RPM SxS E-Valve mid pipe. This is such a great sounding muffler that wont leave your ears ringing at the end of the day. This install was on a 2022 Pro-XP. You can remove the factory spark arrestor from the OEM tailpipe. Drill a hole in the RPM tailpipe, install OEM Polaris spark arrestor, and enjoy the 1000+ miles of PA trails.

This is the cheapest exhaust I found while looking . It is not cheap built and sounds great not much louder than stock till you send it . I did intake and blow off valve also seems to have throttle better response .

Best muffler on the market as far as I'm concerned! Not obnoxiously loud at idle or mid rpm. But has a nice loud bark to it when you stab the throttle . Fit-finish-build quality, All on point ! And good price. What else could ya ask for?
Best part is you retain the factory plastic guard ..Always looks like something is missing on the machines without it. In my opinion anyways.

Getting off one of the springs was kinda a pain. Other that really easy. This one fits the bill. Sounds like it’s a stock exhaust. Until you put your foot in it. Then she gets a little loud. Goes great with the rpm blow off valve.

The look is really good love the chrome muffler and how u can use the stock cover that goes over the muffler still. Only complaint I'd have to say is the spring location kinda sucks I was able to use the side one but the top spring I had to remove just because it was to loose and would just vibrate around.

I really like the sound and stock looking design of this model. Ran great for about 200 miles then I started throwing engine codes (in the middle of nowhere) and had a very rough running buggy. My chariot seemed to have a clogged noisemaker. I tore out, the usually inny but now outty, spark arrester to unclog the log jam. All this white crap started falling out which would have made me nervous at a border crossing. It was the internal packing. (self-determined to be packing bc the guys behind me weren't any more loopy than normal).
We are heading 2000 miles across the county in about a month and it would really help to have peace of mind so we can play in the rocks of Moab without a service vehicle. The park service may also give me a little hassle if I am belching out white caked nasties from my blowhole.
I like the sound of the product, before the clog, but I no longer have the spark arrestor due to the lack of a 8mm miles from civilization. At $50 a pop you may want to carry tools to remove the SA while out in no mans land if you purchase this product.
Contacted customer service and they responded quickly that it was common and no replacement was necessary. ISO one spark arrestor. Anybody ? ? ?

It took me about 20 mins to install on my 2021 XP Pro, I would recommend getting a spring tool, since that took the longest to get off. Love the sound, I did not want something loud and obnoxious, richer sounding than the stock and just a bit louder, so you can still have a conversation inside the cab.
