Replace your failure-prone OEM plastic and rubber plumbing with the ultimate high-flow charge tube setup. The factory charge system relies on cheap, brittle plastic and soft rubber couplers that are notoriously susceptible to heat soak, expansion, cracking, and boost leaks under high boost and extreme trail conditions.

Redesigned & Re-Routed for Maximum Airflow

These are NOT simple factory-replicated silicone tubes. RPM's engineering team completely re-engineered and re-routed the plumbing from scratch, eliminating restrictive factory kinks and sharp bends and cutting the overall number of joint clamps and connection points in half to drastically reduce potential boost leak paths and failure points.

Constructed from ultra-heavy-duty 5-ply wire-reinforced silicone, the charge tube features an embedded internal wire coil so it will never swell, expand, collapse, or burst under extreme operating heat or elevated boost pressures. The high-temp fluorolined inner wall delivers maximum resistance to oil and fuel degradation. This smooth, port-matched wall profile eliminates restrictive factory kinks and molding imperfections to minimize internal air turbulence, maximizing air velocity for faster turbo spool and razor-sharp throttle response.

To complete the setup, our tube integrates a precision CNC-machined 6061 billet MAP sensor flange, heavy-duty ABS barbed hose ports, and an upgraded 1" (25mm) BOV port (replacing restrictive OEM plumbing) for vastly improved pressure relief efficiency. Every kit comes standard with a pre-installed, 6mm boost reference port—giving you a clean, plug-and-play connection ready to tap whenever you want to hook up an aftermarket boost gauge or external reference line. All single-run tubes are secured using a full set of included high-grade stainless steel HD worm clamps for a rock-solid, blowout-proof seal.

Customizable Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Configurations:

To match your build goals, our primary charge tube is offered in customizable BOV configurations that can be recirculated or vented to atmosphere (VTA):

1. No BOV / Use Your Own: Already have a preferred 1" (25mm) blow-off valve from RPM or another manufacturer? Select this option to receive the complete primary charge tube and plumbing kit ready to pair with your existing valve setup.

2. Factory Electric BOV Adapter: Includes a precision CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum adapter allowing you to seamlessly retain your OEM electronic blow-off valve taking full advantage of our ultra-durable 5-ply silicone charge tube setup.

3. RPM SxS V2 Mechanical BOV Upgrade: The ultimate high-performance choice! Upgrades your system to our signature V2 billet mechanical blow-off valve kit. Built with an anodized 6061 aluminum body, anodized internal piston, and dual-stage internal springs, it holds higher boost reliably and eliminates damaging compressor surge. Our anodized 6061 billet aluminum TMAP sensor adapter provides a direct boost reference straight from the intake in a simple bolt-on setup. The included CFMoto Electronic BOV Bypass Connector plugs into your factory wiring to maintain proper ECM resistance (preventing CELs) and delivers that iconic, aggressive RPM "pssh" dump sound on deceleration!
