Eliminate boost leaks, tube blowouts, and intake collapse on your boosted BRP 900 Turbo platform with RPM’s Heavy-Duty 5-Ply Silicone Charge and Intake Tube Kit! As horsepower and boost levels are increased on the ACE 900 Turbo models, the factory stock rubber tubes are prone to splitting, bursting under pressure, or collapsing on the intake side. RPM engineered a heavy-duty 5-ply reinforced silicone solution built to withstand an incredible 100+ PSI of boost pressure.

Designed as a direct drop-in upgrade, this kit optimizes charge air volume while delivering maximum durability in extreme winter conditions. The charge return tube features an integrated 25mm BOV port for simple, bolt-on installation of the RPM V2 Blow-Off Valve. For riders who prefer a closed system, the intake tube includes a 25mm recirculation port. Every kit ships complete with two billet 25mm block-off plugs and clamps—giving you the flexibility to run a vent-to-atmosphere BOV, a recirculating setup, or no BOV at all.

Additionally, every kit includes a billet pressure reference port to tie into the factory air box for accurate boost signaling.

BOV & System Configuration Versatility:

• Vent-To-Atmosphere BOV: Mount your 25mm RPM V2 BOV directly to the charge tube port and cap the intake recirculation port with the included billet plug.

• Recirculating BOV Setup: Route the BOV exhaust back into the 25mm intake tube recirculation port for quiet, closed-loop operation.

• No BOV Setup: Cap both the 25mm charge tube port and intake tube port using the two included billet block-off plugs and heavy-duty clamps.
