Constructed entirely from 100% TIG-welded stainless steel, the RPM Sport Muffler features a high-durability dual-wall exit tip designed specifically to withstand harsh encounters with hidden rocks, stumps, and dense timber. Despite the substantial increase in exhaust flow, the muffler produces a deep, rich mountain tone that stays well below obnoxious noise levels—passing the SAE J-2567 stationary sound test at under 88 dB.

Installation is 100% bolt-on with no machine modifications or additional brackets required. It retains full compatibility with the factory EGT sensor as well as the Ski-Doo SHOT hot-start system!
