RPM Polaris Ranger 1500 2.5" Sport Muffler

RPM's Sport Muffler lineup now includes this beautiful stainless steel tig welded muffler for the Ranger 1500. This is a OEM Replacement slip on style muffler that retains all stock covers and hardware! With 2.5" of free flowing exhaust gasses this muffler alone provides a minimum 3HP gain on a stock machine. This is even more of a power gainer for tuned machines and is required in our opinion for any machine doing a stage 1 or higher tune! This muffler will bolt to the stock or RPM Head Pipe! This is such a great sounding muffler that wont leave your ears ringing at the end of the day. Check out our YouTube video's for a great variety of sound clips!

The photos speak for themselves. Amazing quality and performance. The exhaust made a big difference paired with a tune compared to stock. It has a deep, but not overly loud or annoying sound. Still very comfortable in the cab model to have a conversation traveling down the road.

Good morning, After watching all your videos and looking at the reviews of your muffler. I decided that your product would be the best addition to my tricked out Polaris Ranger 1500 crew XD Ultimate. I also purchased your silicone intake tube kit. After installing both, I took it for a ride with my buddy, and we could not believe how loud it was compared to the videos we watched. We couldn't have a normal conversation in the cab, and forget about listening to music at a normal volume. Could there be a problem with this muffler, as it does not sound, at all like the mufflers represented in any of the videos we watched.
