Custom-engineered to fit the OEM HVAC filters (Part #7082885 & #1262218) found in climate-controlled Polaris Ranger NorthStar and XPEDITION models, this heavy-duty pre-filter utilizes RPM’s proprietary silicone-treated Micro Screen material to form an impenetrable outer shield over your cabin filter assembly.

Crafted with precise, uniform micron-sized openings, this hydrophobic (water-repellent) barrier stops fine trail dust, sand, clay, and moisture down to .005” in diameter before it ever clogs your primary HVAC filter. The silicone-impregnated micro-mesh creates a slick, water-beading barrier while adding virtually zero airflow restriction, ensuring your cab's heating and air conditioning blow at maximum velocity. It slides snugly over your HVAC filter in seconds, keeping your cab air clean and making filter maintenance as simple as removing the pre-filter, brushing off accumulated dust, and putting it back to work!
