RPM 120HP/135HP X3 BOV Blow Off Valve Kit
The 120hp and 135hp Turbo X3's require a BOV kit specifically tailored for them. We completely replace the factory charge tube with our base model specific RPM silicone charge tube that has a incorporated 25mm BOV port! Our kit is 100% complete and plug & play! Fully adjustable with the included springs, and includes a filter with pre filter for those guys looking to go deep in the water and mud! Detailed instructions and install videos are included. This is a very easy and quick install! The addition to the RPM BOV greatly improves throttle response while prolonging turbo life on your X3! Was great for the first few days then It started leaking air when driving. I changed springs thinking it would help but still loud hissing when cruising. I went from the weakest spring to the strongest and still hissing. I eventually just capped it off.

The install wasn’t exactly as easy as it had looked I had trouble getting the tube onto the intake. But it’s more of a lack of space and ability to see than anything. The angle of the tube seemed to be a bit off. Although after correcting the leak at the blow off valve it sounds great haven’t had any issues with it. The boost is a bit delayed and comes in all at once but it’s right where you need it.

This kit is worth every penny RPM asks for. It's a solid kit with everything that you need and then some. The BOV even comes with a service kit to refresh the orings and lubricate the slider. RPM even gives you a set of different strenth springs to easily tune how your rig sounds when you lift your foot off the throttle. Very impressed with the whole kit and eas of install.
