Constructed entirely from premium, 100% TIG-welded CP1 Titanium, this muffler weighs in at a featherlight 4.6 lbs total. It features a high-durability dual-wall exit tip designed specifically to protect against harsh impacts from hidden rocks, stumps, and dense timber. Despite the substantial increase in exhaust flow and dramatic weight reduction, the muffler produces a deep, rich mountain tone that remains compliant—passing the SAE J-2567 stationary sound test at under 88 dB.

Installation is 100% bolt-on with no machine modifications or extra brackets required. It retains full compatibility with the factory OEM EGT sensor as well as the Ski-Doo SHOT hot-start system!
