2024-2026 RZR XP1000 & XP S 2.5" E-Valve Captain's Choice Side Dump Exhaust

Transform that stock sounding RZR XP 1000 into a mean beast and let that motor SING at the push of a button with this 2.5" RPM-SxS E-Valve Exhaust!  Not only will it sound great, but you're going to pick up 3+HP on a stock machine. 2.5"'s of free flowing mandrel bent, polished stainless steel all the way back to your stock muffler ( will also bolt to aftermarket mufflers!) The 2.5" E-Valve gives you the option to run a stock muffler, and at the flip of a switch you unleash extra horsepower, 250+ more RPM's, and a deep sporty exhaust tone! Switch it back closed and you have a quite stock sounding machine! Unlike some, our dump valve system has a smooth transition from the mid pipe to the valve allowing for the smoothest and free flowing dump valve exhaust on the market. As it passes the valve the exhaust gasses will flow out our signature & beautiful fish tail tip! Our wiring harness is plug and play & usual RPM-SxS has assembled the most complete exhaust system out by including an upgraded exhaust gasket, manifold gasket, & new stainless hardware. In addition to a new gaskets. Loctite for all hardware & heat shields, & zip ties to secure your wiring harness are all included.

Sounds way better in person ! But putting it on is a whole different task than you think, fits great, but the problem is getting the factory one off, they used red lock tight and it’s pretty much welded together. Make sure you have some type of bolt striper tool to help you remove them my machine only had 40 hours on it and I stripped 2 Allen heads and took me 2 days to get out. But overall can’t complain sounds real good and fit right on after the old one came off.
